2. Custom Rugs
All custom rugs are made-to-order and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Be sure to review all details before submitting your order.
3. Premade Rugs
Premade rugs are ready to ship and will be processed within the next business day after purchase.
4. Production Time (Custom Orders)
Custom rugs require 14–28 days for production. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail, and orders are completed in the order they are received. Progress updates will be provided during the process.
5. Privacy & Security
Your privacy is a priority. We do not have access to your full payment details and will never share your personal information with third parties.
6. Shipping Information
Shipping times vary depending on your location and order specifics. Once your rug is completed, it will be securely packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided.
