PRODUCTION PROCESS
Every rug is handcrafted from start to finish with precision and care. We use proven techniques and high-quality materials to create a piece that is both durable and visually unique. Each design is made with intention, ensuring no two rugs are exactly alike.

SHIPPING
Made-to-Order: All rugs are created specifically for each customer.

Production Time: Please allow 12–23 days for production. Since each rug is handmade, orders are completed in the order they are received.

Shipping: Once your rug is finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.
